I'm a big fan of 1 and 4.
#1 is so hot because any man is hot with his collar up ready and prepped to put on (or take off) a tie. I've got a bit of a tie-fetish, too. I'd love to pull him down by the points of his collar. Mrowr.

#4 is so hot because glasses!Doctor is scrummy. Plus, there's his slightly loose tie. It makes me want to grab it and tighten it (or loosen it and take it off).

Mmmm, yes, the loose tie. I'm rather entranced by that freckle just under his adam's apple, that's visible whenever his collar is open. That little mark is just begging for a smooch or a lick!
