My personal favorite is the elaborate way he moves his mouth when he's making an english accent.
And shouldn't Tom Baker be getting some kind of royaly payment for David's frequent pulling of what I call 'the Baker face'

My personal favorite is the elaborate way he moves his mouth when he's making an english accent.

He does his mouth the same way when he speaks in his regular Scottish accent too. I think it's being used to speaking in a clipped, sharp brogue that makes him do that. His speaking voice is lovely, no matter which accent he does. *sigh*

I have such a huge fetish for his rubberface. I don't know what it is, it's just the cutest thing EVER. I have a bad habit of capping scenes when he's making the weirdest faces cause it makes me giddy. :D Is that abnormal? Nahhh.
