funkparadise asked for a drabble where Angel told Gunn that Wesley was his lover and I didn't go back and check the request exactly and thought she used the word "boyfriend", so that's how I wrote it. I hope you like it anyway. I thought it came out kinda cute, if a bit silly. Wesley/Angel and Gunn, AtS early S2, Rated R, 300 words (longest of these so far!).
Gunn walked into the empty Hyperion lobby.
“Yo! Anybody home?” He heard a yelp and a thump come from Angel’s office. He ran to the office and found Angel sitting behind his desk. Wesley was on the floor next to him, pantsless.
“Is this a bad time?”
“No, no. It, uh, isn’t a bad time we were just… just… Wesley?” Angel nervously looked for help.
Wesley was reaching for his trousers under the desk. “Angel and I were having sex, Gunn. That is until you interrupted us and Angel knocked me to the floor in a fit of anxiety.”
“Wes!” Angel handed Wesley his trousers.
“Ah, thank you. What do you want me to say, Angel? I think Gunn already knows.”
Angel was shocked. “Gunn knows you’re my boyfriend?”
Gunn was surprised. “Really? He’s your boyfriend? Like dates and shit? I thought y’all were just fucking.”
Wesley smiled at Angel. “You think of me as your boyfriend?”
“Um, yeah.” Angel sheepishly replied. He asked Gunn, “How did you know we were… fucking?”
Gunn shrugged. “Lots of little clues. Excuses to stay late, sharing stakeout duty, that empty tube of lube I found under the desk last week. Really didn’t need actual visual proof, though. Wesley, put your pants on, man.”
“Oh, sorry.” Wesley slipped into his trousers and looked up at Angel. “I’ve wanted to be your boyfriend, Angel. I wasn’t sure you felt that way.”
“Yeah. I want you to be. Maybe we should do more things like Gunn said. Dates and, um, shit.”
Wesley grinned. “That would be lovely.” Angel gazed at him lovingly.
“Ooookay, I think that’s my cue to leave. Y’all have fun,” Gunn said. “Oh, guys?”
“Yes?” Angel and Wesley replied.
“Next time lock the door and please put the lube away when you’re done?”
