A leetle LJ format help if you pleez

I made a nifty Wes banner the other day but I can't figure out how to put it at the top of my LJ. Can anyone tell me how to do it or point me to a tutorial? Do I have to create a new style or can I keep my current one? I'd like to keep what I've got if I can and just stick the banner at the top.

Anyone? Bueller?

This community is pretty helpful. You can ask them, because except for Component, Opal and Generator I don't know any override codes especially for your style. Though to be honest I haven't even seen this style with a header before.
