An icon-undrum

OK, why is it I work for days on an icon, changing the cropping, the coloring, and the text over and over and over and still am not pleased with it, and then I start on a whole new icon and on the second try get that one just right?

I dunno. I still can't get my Lilah icon the way I want it. But I do have this cute little Wes icon I slapped together in a few minutes. Go figger. It's shareable should anyone want the silly thing. I think it's kinda cute!

I'm like that too.. I find if I work on an icon too long I usually end up ruining the effect I was after.. so now I follow a formula of layers and just change the colours and lighting..
