Okay headache du jour. I've thrown ibuprofen, sudafed, rest, caffeine, food, and water at you and still you are here. It's warm and pretty outside and I want to go out and do some things without you tagging along. I really don't want you hanging around here either. Please vacate the premises immediately. I understand that you will likely return on my doorstep soon, but I would rather do without you (and your friend sinus pressure, if he doesn't mind) today.
