I ate way too much food at our party. It was all so very good. I just went up and swiped another caramel brownie and another hunk of toffee. When I get home I'm going to have to change into my sweatpants because I'm about to burst the usually roomy waistband on my skirt. I knew I should've worn something with elastic in it today.

Awww, I love Crazy!Wes, with his stockinged feet and his messed up hair and his obsessive behavior being all insane in his office. Such a pretty kind of crazy. I just want to snuggle him and take care of him!

Hoping my copy of "Murder Story" will be in my mailbox when I get home. Young!Alexis! Awwwww, so cute. I gotta stop this aww-ing stuff. I'm full of enough sugar as it is right now.

That whole bit is great. My favorite part is the totally lost, painful expression on his face right after he says "You can't look at her without seeing..." and then he smiles, "her body's previous owner." Aw, my poor tortured Wesley!

Oh, that bit is so heartbreaking. And the way he says it... his voice is so expressive in that scene. Heck, all of him is screaming messages out. It was such a contrast to Wes' near-catatonic state post-Shells.

Alexis is amazing. He can be so expressive with the tinest things. The scene that alway breaks my heart into itty bitty pieces each time I see it is in Shells when Ilyria asks if he'll help her and he says "Yes" and then she asks, "Because I look like her?" and the quiet, defeated way he answers "Yes". It says so much about Wesley and all the things he's had to endure.

I'd give the man an Emmy for those few seconds alone.

I agree 100%!

Give Alexis an Emmy! He should've at least been nominated for something this year for his heart-breakingly beautiful performances in Season 5. He blew me away, gave me chills, and made me cry; sometimes all in the same episode. I don't know many actors who have that effect on me. He's one of a kind. :)
