Wes/Angel drabble

Drabble for versaphile, who asked for Wesley/Angel and Angel's coat:

Angel had finally gotten his coat back from Wesley on their way to rescue Virginia. It wasn’t until Angel returned to the Hyperion and started to take it off that he noticed Wesley’s scent. This scent wasn’t new to Angel. It surrounded him every day--in the office, in his car--but never had it seemed as personal as it was now, mingled with his own in the fabric.

He breathed in deeply and slowly. The scent was warm and comfortable, masculine yet refined. It was Wesley.

Angel decided to keep the coat on--for just a little while longer.

Giles/Wesley drabble

One more drabble, this one for bethynyc, who asked for Giles/Wesley and How to Comfort a Watcher.  I hope this satisfies!

“DAMN AND BLAST!”

 

Giles dropped his book at the cursing that exploded from the kitchen. He went to investigate.

 

“Wesley, what happened?”

 

Wesley was sitting on the kitchen floor clutching his left hand. “I was trying to fix that bloody cupboard door. I pinched my hand in the hinge.

 

Giles sat next to him. “Let me see.” He took Wesley’s hand and found an angry red mark next to his thumb. “Not so bad. It didn’t break the skin.”

 

“Hurts.” Wesley whimpered.

 

Giles lifted the hand to his lips and placed a gentle kiss on the mark.

 

“Better?”

 

“Oh, yes.”
