Have you ever been to Natchez? And if so, are you familiar with Cora's Cakes? I saw something about them on the Food Network the other day and was curious.

You mean the cakes in a jar? I've seen those at local gourmet and gift shops but I've never tried them.

That's the one. It looked like a really clever idea because you can just store them away and if you get company, pull one out and serve it. Plus they are only about 5 slices.
