ZOMGZOMGZOMG!!

David-Tennant.com has screencaps from David's S3 video diary. SCRUFFY SPECCY SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Lookit him all speccy and slouchy and with his hair all un-producty!

And again, but without the specs!

I imagine this is what you'd see across the breakfast table the morning after a night of sweet Tennant lovin':

My copy is somewhere in the US postal system. Come to me, Amazon package! Come to meeeeeee!

Interesting... these are definitely not last year's specs. Are they letting him wear prescription specs now when Ten's using them, versus cosmetic lenses and contacts? Or is it just that he's decided he likes the heavier frame look better with the shorter hair?

BN hasn't informed me of shippage yet. These are the days when I wish I could just pick up at the flipping store.

I'm pretty sure he's still wearing fake lenses as the Doctor, but these are his real ones. I think I prefer these over his metal ones he had last year.

I also prefer his hair when it's flatter and less spikey and styled, so these pics really called out to me! :D

The rimless ones he had last time had a certain appeal, but they would look a bit odd without the longer hair to accompany them.

I totally understand how you feel - setting aside S3 entirely, which veered from truly crazy hair to occasional sublimeness - probably my favorite hair on the Doctor is at the end of RotC/beginning of AoS, when it seems like the hair folks just threw their hands up in light of the situation with the elements and let the man's hair just be for once. Verrrrry nice and natural.

As the Doctor, the crazy hair works, because the Doctor needs to have that unkempt mad scientist thing going on. As David, I think it looks better less crazy. Leave the product on the set, David darling. You want it messy and ruffled? I can do that for you. ;-)

Sometimes I wonder, given the diaries, if the whole pseudo-Doctor deliberately mussed look he wears out is part of his David Tennant, Television Star costume, if you know what I mean.

Aww, he looks so adorable!

Isn't he though? Want to cuddle him so badly!
