That's from "He Knew He Was Right" (based on the novel by Anthony Trollope). DT here plays Rev Gibson, a somewhat smarmy clergyman with little decision-making ability. Cheesygirl just did a small picspam from it here: http://cheesygirl.livejournal.com/1091123.html#cutid1.
